That is actually the stupidest thing I've ever read lol, if new player decide to raid a nuke that's on them, but no new player decides to get raided lol

client-side issue..... refunds are only server-side issues RDM and all the other things are not getting refunded so i hope someone in-game refunded you out of kindness
