Story/Situation - On server 1 I was nuking and near the end it got jammed, so obviously some people went out to look for it, and when we found Jeans, who had it, we were trying to kill him. At this point in time, I never knew the jammer was a handheld item so when I died once I wanted to find out what was in the room. So I ran in with ampth again to rush the room and see what was in there, to my surprise nothing. After the nuke stuff went down Jeans TP'd to me and warned me, in which this seemed like a careless effort to handle the situation due to the fact not much was done whilst in the moment of it. Now the main part of why I am appealing this is due to the long stretched time between I had been punished previously, for an actual punishment which as you can see in a moment my rap sheet has a lot of random things on it, but the main punishment was over a year ago.

After speaking with Jeans as well both of us can understand where we were coming from, but another thing is that most staff members if no all of them check rap sheets before introducing punishments to see if it's really applicable to the situation. Now I know that staff are trained to do this to ensure what they are doing is correct as I myself went through the same as staff members. But during my handling of the punishment Jeans admitted to not checking my rap sheet and just warned me without much said. So with that said I'm hoping to get this removed due to the fact of how this was handled and the large time gap in which I was previously punished.

Before Jeans warned you, he gave you a verbal warning and you ignored him and you responded to him by saying go cry. Also it's not because you haven't been warned for about a year or so that you shouldn't be punished and imo the warning is totally valid. My guy you came running back on amphetamine to see what was in the room, you could easily use this information to tell the people that you nuked with what is going on, I don't see how you could possibly want to dispute the warning

Just because you haven't been warned in a while does not mean you should not be warned straight away, verbals aren't a necessity. I'd slightly understand where you're coming from if you were actively playing during the times you were not warned or if you were staff, but I imagine this is not the case?

After talking to Jeans about your punishment I have decided to deny this, You broke NLR twice. The first time he told you off in OOC and you responded to something along the lines of "go cry" as Jeans told me. After this you proceeded to break NLR once again to where Jeans then punished you.
