How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If there is a disrespectful player on the server I would give him a verbal and talk to him about the fact your not allowed to disrespect players or staff. Further more, if he continues to disrespect i would warn him and talk to him further and gag/mute him by using !menu or !gag (name) or !mute (name). Even though I warned him and talked to him about what he is doing there is a chance he will continue to disrespect i will kick. The next thing i could do is ban him but i cant because i will only be a moderator so i would pass the job on to a higher rank like admin and explain what said person was doing and tell him to ban him. I am not sure about the average ban time I think it varies for a week.This has been based of what i have learnt and understanded while playing deathrun but if you disagree i can offer to change my actions and follow what you want me to do.

Why I should be chosen: I think I should be a mod because i believe i can make the server a better place. Not only do i want to be a mod, I have already been one. Also i can communicate to people than can speak Mandarin and Spanish so they can under stand that they cant be on this server and leave. Also since my last mod application i have improved and started to understand more about what to do when people transgress the rules. I also support people and they support me. I was told by my friends on deathrun that i should apply for the mod because they believe i would be a good mod. I am also quite advances in my levels/grades and i think this will help the server because if there is a choice the server can make I can gather data and come up with a conclusion.There where some flaws with my activity so I played on Zarp's deathrun server throughout the week. I did this because I am dedicated to the server and i believe i can make it a better place. This Paragraph is 201 words so I don't waste your time. I used to be but the server shutdown due to funds and is'nt in action. But I can remember all the commands which include gag/slay/mute/kick/ban/slap/vote kick/ vote map/ ragdoll ect.

and its ulx so its !gag/!mute

I have a bind for the ULX menu because i have have an inactive server, not payed for, that I made and i had a bind for the menu from that. It doesnt say !menu its Bind (Key) xgui and I also knew the other method which is using a ! before what you want to do like !kick SUPER Afk and also i know the superadmin commands because i was trusted on the server and i knew the comands
