Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:

This already happened. I simply explained to them to go forward with 'W' and to jump, after jumping stop holding 'W' and start navigating using the 'A' and 'D' keys. If they do not understand I will try to see what way of explaining suits them more.
I also spectate people sometimes and give them advice.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I would give them a warning at first and point out my position of authority within the server. If they listen, great, if not I would probably either give them more warnings or take appropriate actions depending on the situation.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

Pretty much the same as before. I would them a warning and if that's ignored give appropriate punishment.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I am a helpful friendly person that already spends quite a bit of time on the server consistently daily and I will not let ANYONE disrespect the rules that the server sets because that disrespects me too, as a member of the staff.

Extra Information: (Not Required)

I'm 25 years old and I'm a programmer. I already spend a lot of time on the PC daily.
I also have a setup to talk if necessary (Headphones/Camera).
