When it will be appropriate to use the ban command ?

One of the best reasons is if someone is clearly hacking. I wouldn't ban anyone if I'm not sure he/she is hacking. If someone is breaking the rules (mic spam, mass disrespect, ghosting etc.) and i I warned him multiple times i would ban him/her. If someone's spray is racist, advertising, or it includes nudity first i would warn him verbally to change his spray if he/she doesnt i would kick him and if he/she joins without changing his/her spray and If he/she sprays it I would ban him. If someone avoids punishment ( mute, gag, warn) i would ban him and the duration of ban would depend on what he/she done for example if he/she used hack i would ban him a long time (or permanent)

Why I should be promoted

I really like this server and this community and I don't want it to be full of hackers disrespecters etc. I live in a different timezone so I can join the server when theres no staff on (especially saturdays and sundays) and that time If someone uses hacks and etc. I want to do something about him/her except warning him or kicking him/her. I have 3000+ minutes gameplay on the total because I really try to spend all my free time to Zarp Deathrun servers.
