How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If I saw someone being disrespectful I would ask them to stop being disrespectful or racist. Then if the player hadn't listen to be verbal warning i would give him an actual warning then gag him and mute him. If he continues to be disrespectful after, I would then kick the player. If this person continued to do this I would get an admin+ to ban them.

I think I should be chosen as I am already staff on SSRP which shows that I can be trusted with powers. I love playing deathrun so I would be spending a lot of time on the server. I have been on a few time (earlier in the morning) when there has been no staff on and there has been a lot of people exploiting glitches and breaking rules such as trap stealing and trap spamming.
