Date/Time of Incident: Around 5:25PM, after the server restart to fix the door
Item(s) Lost: Casino Vault Code

Story: I don't have the full video but Martin restarted the server to fix the Casino vault door issues which instantly broke again for some reason.
Evidence:

Additional Info: The SS shows me in the raid with the door closed, unable to go inside the vault.
