Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
As i started playing on ZARP's servers, i have decided to be a mod bechause i have seen people that has to handle situations that are hard and they sometimes can't handle themselves so i was suggested and i also decided to be a mod so here i am as a moderator at the moment

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As i have handeled the F1's, ive had some difficulties such as not being listened sometimes or they were thinking that i was not there bechause they were arguing about who dosen't know about what or so and so. I have decided to listen to them and if the situation goes worse, then i take my turn, asking questions and listeling to answers and trying to get to the end of the F1

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
First of all, Congratz on being a moderator on the SSRP 1 and 2 server's.
First thing before gouing in the server, you should learn these next simple commands taht are used by Moderators and Admins.
/tp this simple command lets you teleport to a place (such as roof) or teleport a player to that location that you are aiming at.
/goto this command lets you teleport to them. If someone needs help you do this, /goto [name] and you teleport to them.
/back one of the most used commands there is (in my opinion), this command lets you teleport to the last location you were or teleport the player back from the last location. You will need to use this command to teleport other players back from the F1
/freeze and /unfreeze this command lets you freeze the player, if they are jumping around,running around or not paying attention to you, then do /freeze (players name or steam ID) and after you are done, don't forget to unfreeze the person aswell.
/slay this command lets you slay a person in many way's, such as rocket,explosion,normal or silent. Use this command if needed.
/kick this command lets you kick a player from the current server, use this command only if a player is causing lag with prop spam by douing this /kick (player's name or Steam ID)
Now, before handeling you'r first ever F1, you need to press the F1 button and a window will pop up, you will also be notified if there is a player that needs you'r help in the server.
If you want to check someones recent warnings, then press F6 and search for the player that you wish to seek.

That's all you need to know and you are ready! the server awaits for you'r arrival.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would like to ask him to add me on steam, then we would talk about it,ask why did he do it and if the apology is good enough then i will lower the ban for a week.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). I think i should be promoted bechause i have been a mod for couple of weeks now and i think i have gained enough trust from other friendly staff team. Some people have told me taht i should aswell try to get the Admin rank and i will try it. I have helped alot of other players that need help and gaining the rank Admin will help me do the F1's easier and faster for a bit.I also want to be in this community and i will be here for a long time.I have been unactive lately due to IRL stuff but i will try and help the Server's if needed.
