Seriously if he's getting demotion requests, he should be demoted or downgraded by which are valid evidence anyways.
I'm getting annoyed when people get accepted and later find out that they're not fit for the job.
This is getting very annoying people.

I spy a whole thread of people who have had a demote request or two...

We do not instantly demote people if someone wanted to bring him up for demotion then thats a different story but I will not nor will the lead team demote someone on the spot because they punished someone to hard. If this was the case we would have about 10 staff members on ssrp. You all should try less to get people demoted and more to help them stay a good stsff member.

@Victor The person in that picture also commented on another thread about bulling someone so hes not the best example.

@Bilbo I already spoke with victor I told him Everso is getting a warning.

@RedPowder You're smoking and got a piercing in your eyebrow so you're not the best example.
