As I stated in your old application I personally believe you should wait a couple of weeks before attempting to get staff in order to prove to everyone that you are indeed willing to change and to prove that you will be well suited to staff. Once doing this I believe you should be in with a chance of getting staff in which you can use the time as mod to prove yourself further gaining back the trust within the community
