Last time i was staff , i knew that a ban is from 11+ recent warnings mine was 7 recents 2 of which i wasnt aware of until now , i never was racist or attempted any RDM , i did RDM but never ARDM

Second , My last Permaban was from 7 months and 3 weeks zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/appeals/1...erceowl-s-ban-appeal where it was lowered to 2 weeks due to improvement so let me ask here , why does a 7 month old permaban which WASNT for mass Rule Breaking but ban evading STILL have an influence on a ban today ? please i want to know where i was racist and where i ARDM'd 2 people thx.

i also didnt impersonate any staff member , i named myself _ZeeCee and the real name is CeeZee_ even then he called himself TheGayOwl and we took it as a joke and at the end of the session i changed my name back , i dont care about the past .

The appeal you mentioned where it got lowered to 2 weeks was a meme. After you got unpermed and given a 2 month ban you made that appeal when you only had 2 weeks left of the ban remaining so it didnt get reduced at all. Owl we never had a rule with 11+ recents leading to a ban. Back then we used to ban already with 5 or even less. And your rapsheet in general just looks terrible so I guess the handling staff member did not only take the one ban into consideration, but also all the warns in-game and your attitude in general. While I do believe it is true that 11 recent punishments were recommend about a year ago (now 7), you could still ban someone with less it’s up to the individual staff member if it’s within reason and follows the staff ethos. This still does not necessarily make it okay to have 5 or 7 recent punishments regardless of when it’s recommended to ban someone, you should always try to keep your rap sheet as clean as possible…

I was spectating you and saw you shot an innocent player for no reason while he was walking away from the tower and then crowbarred Rulebreaker before leaving. I was told afterwards by Rulebreaker that he didn’t really mind but that does not make the other incident acceptable and since you were told to “calm down” I decided to handle out the ban as I thought that you had accumulated too many recent punishments.

I’m not sure why the impersonating part was left in as part of his denial of your appeal, as it was just something I mentioned and didn’t have any concrete proof on.

ok nice , i ARDM once and i didnt quite understand if Rulebreaker did accept it or not so lets just say 2Times so im on 6 and now a racism warn? when did i get that from :/ . Also you didnt replay about the permaban part , i doubt you will just permaban anyone with 7 recents and a 10 month old permaban . im just asking man . I dont want to be banned for another 2 months because i did ARDM and called big mac a bitch . kinda cruel . i only RDmed 3 times 2 of which where mistakes and still no one has mercy on me for mistakes EVEN tho i rarely report anyone . it kinda sux that i have to appeal it in 2 months and still get a 1 month ban . for 7 recent warns .

Hey wow where did I say that? And how would I even comment on your punishments when I cant see your rapsheet?

7 recents is easily bannable and we have banned for less at least in my time (worst offenders at 2-4 punishments) and perma ban is easily the lenght you should have been because of your old bans including the perma

As for the nature of your punishments I claim to have no knowledge of
