Other Comments - Additionally before this he had tried to rip it, I was following him but was not trying to actively arrest him. I would like him to refund my items.
Reason - Rdm and he ripped my hyper and gluon.
Story - I was on Server one running around in my hyper and after one of my friends had killed him i ran back into spawn and was just walking and he pulled out a gluon and killed me, He claims I had tried to kill his friend but I had never done even 1 hp of damage.
