Time And Date (CET) - around 8pm PST 3/9/19 (last night)
Other Comments - its kinda funny one of these two applied for staff lol they dont even know the rules
Reason - Miner Rules: you cant build around a type of thingy unless ur 3 people to the left right or top
Story - just was walkin to the mines and saw this so i thought it would report them
