Remove default laws

How would it benefit the server:

Cleaner looking law boards

Potential Issues/Exploits:

I can't think of any

Additional notes:

Players should be able to remove the default laws from the Mayor's law board. (Not make guns and stuff illegal, just remove the words from the board for the thick ones).

I really do hope the last one isn't default

I understand the first two laws and why they are there. But if anything, that third one should be removed...

They should just be removed and added into the JOB rules
