Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Multiple time FDA and NLR and one RDM.

Story - (What happened?) So basically I raided this guy and he kept constantly NLRing just to unable me to get to hi printers. I killed him twice and I couldnt survive the third NLR. Not mentioning few people micspamming ...
