Add Time Gag and Time Mute
How would it benefit the server:
With everything that goes on in TTT staffing, it is easy to forget who and for how long you have Gagged/Muted someone to having tgag and tmute would help as you don't have to remember these things.

I think Prop Hunt has this so I don't see why TTT can't

Or you could just remember. Write the guys name on your hand if you need too, there's no way you'd forget that way.
