As he said Jokerman won't be active until the next week it took a bit longer than 1-2 weeks. Reason why i didnt inform my self is cause i couldnt? Always when i have time i am on the server staffing as most of the admins never do.

Seems like an oversight or a poor decision made by the SSRP Lead Team. You did what you could to inform them of your inactivity, so it’s rather unfair for you to get an Official Warning for it. Not gonna lie, but both Onion and TheXnator make good points, but i agree more with TheXnator regarding this.

I, myself, know that both you and DanKeK are from Greece, and none of us are even sure what happened so we can't really say much. But maybe you were on a trip, didn't have access to internet and called DanKeK via phone and asked him to make an inactivity notice. I can only wish you the best of luck and i personally hope that the Lead Team will determine a proper decision.
