Story: I was going to try out the valkirye rocket but it wouldn't shoot. So I right clicked and suddenly it launched and exploded me

I'm pretty sure they can't refund you if it's from your side, there's no proof to say that it was a server-wide error, it just seems like you lagged (I could be wrong though).

Right click detonates the rocket, you shouldn't of done that as you launched it so you won't be refunded as no server-side error had occured here.
