How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Depends on what is happpening, I will give examples:

1) When someone is being disrespectfull, I will tell him to stop it,
if he does carry on after the verbal warning I will mute or gag the player
depending on if he is using his microphone or using the chat and will then
be warned with the appropriate reason.

2) If someone is being racist towards another player he directly will be muted
and or gagged and warned for the reason Racism.

3) Mic/chat spamming: the player will also first be verbally warned, if he carries on
he will be directly muted or gagged and warned for Mic or Chat spamming.

If the player keeps on repeating any of these situations I will ask a higher ranked staff
member to ban the person for the appropriate time needed, if there is no admin or higher
online I will kick the person.


Why I should be chosen:
I have been Super admin on the deathrun servers for 4-5 months and a total of 6 months
as a staff member, I was demoted because of my gametime and I then resigned from my staff position.
I do now have my free time again and I can then put it in moderating the servers again.
Because I have been a staff member before I do know all the rules and can help the servers
be safe from rulebreakers again. Sometimes when I am online there are people AFK/ rulebreaking/
chat spamming/ etc. and then there is no staff online, so when I am a staff member this will benefit the
deathrun servers because I then can punish the players when needed.
Also I do help all the players who need it and I can help the new moderators/admins
when they do not know something.
