What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: jail me for nlr as I was in a tunnel near the place and said i was breaking it he even said he can see im not breaking it but i was close to it and jailed me

Consider not going right back to the place you broke NLR at mutliple times even after a warning. Then you wouldn't find yourself in that situation.
