TOPIC: False Warning

So I was just standing on the stairs and I saw bilbo running towards me and I just started running past a corner he press his key binding to "kidnap me" and and I just saw the message in the chat but the message is long so I read it and after I read it he shot me and then warned me for fearRP when tha'ts bullshit because firstly I had a gun out, Secondly I was just walking and I didn't even see his msg at first and he gave me like 2 seconds to read it then just killed me then warned me straight after even tho he didn't give me any time to stop walking.

You can actually see in the logs how much time he gave me to stop that thing also SWEP:SetWeaponHoldType - ActIndex[ "" ] isn't set! (defaulting to normal) gets spammed in console every second I don't know why but it does sometimes it spams 2-3 times the same message a second, so he gave me like 2 to 3 seconds to read that stop and respond to him.

Looks like he didn't give you long enough at all; however the console does tend to go a lot slower when there's not so many people on, and so that's not something that should be taken into account. You need to provide some form of evidence that gives us a true idea of the timeframe, and use this format.

That's bullshit I already had a gun out because I heard your friend say lets kidnap some people so I already had the gun out then started running away then you said that and just shot me, not fearrp at all

Rule 2.7 states that the party with more 'firepower' is the dominant party. You are the one that broke the rules if you ran away from them at gunpoint.

Taken a look at your report you didn't provide enough evidence and there for nothing can be done. I also would like to point out that warnings are no longer active after a period of time. In the future please either get multiple screenshots or maybe record s demo via some recording software.
