Name - What is your in-game name? Pug Life
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? STEAM_0:0:168221926
Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? lunas
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? cdm
Server - What server did you get banned from? ssrp
Time - How long were you banned for? perma
Story - What happened? i was driving and was comming close to some people in the middle of the road, not sure if i was distracted by the barrels i was hitting but for some reason i didnt notice them till i had fully turned. i tried driving to the right to crash into the wall then someone with an m202 walked to the right. so i quickly turned left and put the brakes on, i panicked i was pressing buttons as u can hear i somehow locked the car and couldn't stop quick enough.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?

Extra Information - i just came of a perma ban. i didnt mean to cdm anyone and am sorry for lunas. i said i would refund him if he ripped anything and was told by lunas to come here to appeal. i was going to fast for me to handle i wasnt expecting a group of people there. sorry

if i were u and i saw someone in the road with an m202 i would stop the car not go faster towards more people bad reaction timers isnt an excuse when you had like 5 seconds to react

1. i didnt have 5seconds cause i was distracted or smt
2. i panicked and didn't think to stop until it was too late
3. i meant to stop and i was referring to the situation went fast
3. all that i was thinking is turn left to not hit the guy but i ended up crashing into someone else

After speaking to Rick and looking at your recents you didn't even come close to failing your comprimise. You were told that if you had gotten yourself 4 recents from the time Rick unbanned you, you would be straight back on the perma list. This never happened you only had one recent (for RDM from Gatonero).

However; I am going to be changing this ban to a warning for CDM instead. You have 2 more chances, if you fail to keep up with Rick's comprimise you will be permanantely banned.
