I have gotten rid of using hacks in general in every single game.
I have learned my lesson not to hack.
I have learned that when you get permanently banned most of the times you will not get second chance and I have gotten many chances so I will not begin to use hacks anymore.
There is no other way for me to prove that I am very sorry and I will not do that again. All I need is a last chance.If I am not ever being accepted feel free to CM ban me.

I've spoken to Clarky already and we've both come to the conclusion to deny this.

This is your second permanent ban for hacking, you don't seem to learn your lesson despite how much you say you have. When you were banned by Clarky the last time you had a horendous attitude and called him names over the fact you were caught again.

Until you can prove to us you have have fixed your attitude by either actively playing on another ZARP service or by frequently using the forums you will not be unbanned.

You may appeal again at any point in time.
