Name - RochieOreo
STEAM-ID - STEAM_0:1:40953076
Admins name - [L] Little Eden Harper
Reason - Killed a mod/admin during a sitting (apparently)
Server - DarkRp server 2
Time - Permanent banned.
Story - My 5 year old cousin was playing on my computer, because I let him, he shot someone in the head with a auto sniper (I think) and turned my computer off to avoid trouble.

Extra information - I don't think a permanent ban for killing an admin is suitable. also i've been banned for about a week now and well yeah....

Permanent ban for killing a admin/mod on duty? Well damn someone has to speak to eden about letting go of the ban hammer, jesus. A warn is all I would do there, unless he mass rdmed and killed me then of course he would be banned but still. I want to see what eden has to say about this. Only a warn? I think a 3 day ban is enough.
He just told us he logged out to avoid punishment.

Even if it was his cousin or whatever, its still his account and his responsibility.

Unless he rejoins then we can't do anything about it. We don't ban unless they reconnect instantly or within a certain amount of time like 20 minutes or so.
So yeah unless he rejoined we don't ban them so that wouldn't of counted as leaving to avoid punishment. So a warn at the most from me, if he reconnected then I would agree with a 3 day ban.

Any chance an Admin could look at this? So I can be unbanned. ^^^^^^ and this being highly reasonable??? How I'm pretty sure that killing anyone admin, mod, vip or player shouldn't result in a perma ban, a warning, a kick, a temp ban would be nice but a perma ban, that's just too far.
