Some administrators focus on rulebreaks outside of F1s because those rulebreaks are usually the ones that go unnoticed. Had everyone been doing F1s instead of focusing on the unreported rulebreaks there would still be a fair amount of rulebreaks happening right under our noses. Obviously, you shouldn't focus entirely on unreported incidents either, but one should try to find a balance between unreported and reported rulebreaks.

I think, though, that perhaps Morgan should try to increase his F1 count a fair bit in order to further show his dedication to the server. I have no doubt this will be a problem for Morgan at all, though.

Way too soon, should keep showing consistency and maintain a non-aggrovating attitude because I don't have a lot of trust in you after your community bans (excluding the one given the other day), it just shows you cannot behave correctly towards others at times which is what I do not want in the LT. I appreciate the feedback, though, my time as a staff member over the past month and a half I haven't shown any "aggravating" behavior and I feel that I've worked on any criticism I've received. My community ban was at the beginning of the year and if we look at how I've been behaving I don't believe I've shown any similar attitude.

You were aggravating him whilst he was being disrespectful towards you which is not a right thing to do, this isn't the first time you have shown such behaviour either because you have done this before when you were a Head Admin over the whole going undercover as a user and trying to slander, just genuinely trying to get reactions out of people. I don't care if it's been a month, year or whatever, you keep pulling this shit and it's not going to happen this time. I've listened to a lot of what people have said about you and this point I'm bringing up is a very good one.
