Other comments - I didn't get footage of everything since i use fraps and sometimes your just not ready perfectly but i also saw him tping to me to buy my dupe then he tped to the location instead of running.
Reason - Abuse and NRL
Story - I was going to sell a dupe to him then he got killed by a cop beacuse he was wanted and had a gun out. Then he tp back to buy the dupe and broke NRL.

How disappointing.... He even said "I know its NLR"

After reviewing the evidence submitted I believe that "mrxpgamer" did indeed, break NLR, and was aware of the fact as per quote, "I know it's NLR". We shall discuss this further at the lead-team meeting next Saturday, and before that, I shall speak with him in order to get his side of the story.
