If it is your car then you are allow to kill him

u can kill everyone if he steals your car

Not if it's another guy's car. However, there's a compelling point to be made that you were trying to protect someone's car from an abusive user through unorthodox means. Although, we solved this in-game, this was not what you were trying to achieve.
