TOPIC: Message to All SSRP Staff

In the past few days the F1's have been completely out of control.

Myself and a few other Staff Members are the only ones handling the situation.

But as of right now in the state I am already in, I am extremely swamped and disappointed right now.

I've just logged on to S1 and there are ELEVEN F1's.

Please help out if you have the time, you guys.

lol like 60% of players playing are afk and 35% are trollers and rulebreakers and the other 5 % are staff members online (most of them afk and dont do shit )

When I got staff the first two days when I got on were fine, but I'm slowly starting to realise some staff literally do not give a shit about their job and actually have no idea what they're doing, some going to the extent of asking questions that they answered in the application?

I logged on earlier today with a few f1's about RDM that I couldn't have done because I had no logging but there was a few staff members on who could have done then but weren't? This is something that needs fixing..

Its just general negligence, most just let the f1's pile up assuming someone else will handle it; until the f1 is like 40mins old only to appear and mark it as finished for an easy F1.

Its been this way for a long time but recently it has gotten much worse.

Message me on steam the Staff that were/are not helping and I'll deal with it.

You are right, the staff team is sometimes not doing it's job. Admin Requests pile up and the server sinks into chaos. I'd like to apologize on behalf of myself and the staffteam for the inconnveniece caused, but I'd like to remind you off the staffmembers who are trying to still keep the server running. And you shouldn't forget that doing F1s is not the only job of an admin, I personally handled 4 ban requests and two appeals over the last to days and I can tell you doing this work is quite time consuming. Thank you to all staff members who spend their time on the server to help others enjoy themselfs more and apologies to the ones who waited countless hours for a staff member to respond.

You, me and a few others are doing a damn good job tbh, think about that man, the SA+ need to get the staff who are lazy back to work, sometimes there are indeed 10+ f1s and when asked most staff won't help, but rather play in the admin area or something else. not calling out anyone here, they know I'm talking about them.

tldr; Look at yourself and be proud

I myself have done less F1's than I normally would this last few days as I have a exam tomorrow ( Thursday 27th ) So most of my time on zarp has been afk selling / or hopping on if needed. Hopefully if all goes well with this exam then I will be done with college until September as it is a resit for my Synoptic (Finals if you will).


will not get my result until September so I will let you all know the good or bad news when I get it.

This was the reason i resigned after such a short amount of time, nobody would help me with F1s and even if i took and solved 11 i would then be told by a SA to do more, i asked for help many times and knew people were there, this is simply a issue that we cannot solve if nobody is willing to staff
