TOPIC: Coutinroy's Moderation Reviews.

This topic is made because I would love to read some reviews on my moderation. I will not be replying on this topic but I will read all the replies as this will make me a better staff member! Thanks.

I think you are a top mod and are ready to become an admin.

You take staffing way to seriously and try to find ridicilous reasons to warn people, this is ssrp, try to have some fun for once..

Still waiting for those hate posts from certain people

I feel like you fulfil your duties as a mod for warning rulebreakers, But I think you take it to far sometimes as just because someone has broken a rule dosen't mean they should be warn for ex 1v1s or something

Don't accuse people of doing stuff unless you 100% know and have clear proof of them doing it. Also, try not to take sides in situations, mainly in OOC chat.

From what I've seen you seem to go into every situation thinking someone's guilty before you've heard the evidence.You don't talk to people you make demands without giving explanations for your demands and I've seen you more than once say to people things along the lines of "because I said so" when they ask why.

I think before you're ready for admin you need to learn to treat people like human beings, you need to stop going into sits assuming people are guilty, hear all of the information from both sides, step back, look at it objectively, ask as many questions as you need, be a detective and then finally make a decision. I think you need to stop just making demands of people and talk to them instead, have actual conversations with people.

Also the amount of sits you handle isn't as important as the quality of your sits, take your time and make sure you get all of the relevant information to make a decision. Making the right decision is better for everyone, including you.

That's just my opinion from what I've seen and my own experiences with you. Hopefully it'll help you.

You don't give verbals! ^^ But you put a lot of work into the server. We worked together on some heavier rulebreaks and I think you are a mature staff member and a nice guy overall. I can't say if you deserve to be an admin, but I will spectate you in the next days(if you don't have anything against it) to build myself an opinion!
