TOPIC: Resigning and leaving

My experiance on zarp has been a rollercoaster, and specielly as straff.
I've had the best times with L4GY and love every single lad there, Want and Ezzeh helped me when I was a noob and helped with with earning money and introducing me to zarp, being Admin has been fun but hard,i try to be fair and not to enforce small rulebreaks. Recently i feel like i've been depressed by having the pressure as staff, I mess up and mix things up often. Many think that being a staff is a easy job and that a staff is a golden user which can't mess up and has do wrong, I love the staff team and the lead staff team, full with great people.
I feel like leaving will probably be better for me since I don't feel good always have the constant pressure of not fucking up, I almost never rp anymore.
I think it's time to focus on my social life and school since I've started school and need to focus.

I'm mostly leaving because of school, i feel like zarp is taking most of my free time and i need to focus. I mainly planned this summer to learn python so i would be prepared for school, but i haven't done as much as i could

There are so many people i want to thank and who made my time on Zarp so much better and i love every single on of you lads <3
I decided not to make a list because i don't want to forget anyone. But I'm going to miss you all and never forget the amazing experience I've had with zarp

A tip for other staff is not to let it pressure you to much
And for users to understand that staff are people to

You aren't perfect, every staffmember fucks up every once in a while that's why people get the chance to appeal their warnings if they have valid proof. Although this has greatly escalated there is no need to take this situation personal. People make mistakes and that's ok. You're only a human just like everybody. If you're not willing to continue as a staffmember, which I would understand seeing the amount of pressure you feel, at least try to stick around as a user. I and I'm sure many others are looking forward to RP and mess around a bit with you, unless you really feel like it would influence your grades too much ofcourse.

You are not a bad admin, I dont hope our little incident made you leave.

I remember when I was staff, and boy oh boy it is stressful . The lead team can play other games and chillax. But the lower ranks have to grind and work fucking hard, I know how stressful it can be.
