Actually, there have been staff members that have hacked on ZARP and still been able to stay/return to the staff team. To name a relatively good example, Paramontana as well as Tyler (although I don't quote me on him, I might just be remembering wrong) have used hacks/cheats on Zarp at some point.

I can't think of any recently, I can understand not demoting someone if they affected very few to no people, but people with ESP, Aimbot, these things affect the everyday player just trying to print, raid, base, etc. There's no room for this behavior on our staff team. If you are demoted though, as I already told you in game just keep playing and regain our trust, there's always a good possibility of anyone returning to the team, look at me, I've had two CM bans but it shows if you put the work in you can regain trust.

You are a staff member who has to stop people who hack/rulebreak, and then you go ahead and do it yourself.. Also you warn people who are afk and allot more.
