I don't think it's a matter of "you shouldn't be getting punishments and therefore this isn't needed" because that's a very simplistic mindset. Some people mess up and don't realise until it's too late as they might not have realised something was a rule, as certain SSRP rules can be quite confusing at times.

This is a reasonable idea. It facilitates a need for growth and understanding, and players are given the possibility of better understanding what they did wrong without having to contact a staff member to do so.

Tbh if you actually learned the rules properly then you wouldn't break them. It's not a bad suggestion though, but it would have to be set so that none staff member can't see everyone's punishments.
