No they are not unless they are running around saying they are R-Flex the SSRP Admin TTT Superadmin they are not impersonating you. If YOU change your RP name away from R-Flex and someone takes it sucks to suck but that what happens if you change your own name, you don't just get to keep claiming it as your own. You change it you lose it bottom line.

So what that means is i can name myself "EMP" ? xD

In game go for it, my ingame name has been Brother Gustro for years. Along as you don't make any claims to be me/identify that your not me if people ask it wouldn't be impersonation.

Well Ashur changed his name to |Z| TheEMP and he got told to not do it lol even though clarky did it as well.
