There would be that one 6 year old squeaker who would just hold down the mic button with his shitty mic which is shoved up his ass with a background of a hoover or something and that would completely ruin your police experience unless you could customize the radio to mute that person, calling an admin would take at least 5 minutes and by the time that would happen you would already have quit because it makes your ears bleed.

This system would Not work on a server with such a lax view of RP. You'd have so much metagame and people using the chat for unintended purposes. Restricting the usage of it also contradicts the semi - serious nature of ZARP.
