Suggestion Title:
Re-Enable TTS on the server.

How would it benefit the server:
Allow VIPs to use /tts again, and it would prove useful in some situations.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Spamming, but you can easily counteract this with a cooldown before you could use /tts again.

I've been waiting so long for this to be re-added. Please re-enable it. <3

The TTS website is down as a result of the it getting to much bandwidth from the ZARP servers. So it can't be re-enabled

There is no more TTS as the server received too much traffic from Zarp, consequently bringing it down. So unless we find a new website then there will be no more TTS. But the new Sven Co-op server has a TTS function so go play it {play.zarpgaming.com:27090}

No need. It was abused when I saw it.

How many times do I have to say this. Find me a free TTS api and I will, otherwise its not happening, making a new thread won't change that.

It'd be nice if it can be brought back indeed, it was handy actually, since sometimes I'm tabbed out of my game and can't hear certain things, but sometimes people use /tts and I can hear that
