Since there was no response there is a need to post, I already asked to lock it and there was neither a lock or a response after a meeting.

I suppose that if people feel confusion around this area, then it obviously needs clarifying. I'm not sure which it should be changed to?

We have discussed this in the meeting and we have decided that the current rule will stay as it is.

Though if members of the basing gang are outside and you are about to raid. You are allowed to kill them as this is a valid reason to kill them as you are about to raid their gang base
