Lol without the players rankings would be useless anyways.

Honestly, I don't think a whilelisted server would be good.
I like the idea of having a server without all the weapons new players have a real hard time gettting, because from my point of view that helps them get annoyed and break rules.
F.x. new player joins, just wants to base for some fun, printing and all, and within 2 minutes his whole base is blown up because of old players. That can help ruin the mood for some players.

If you really want some "more experienced roleplay" as I think I saw you post, then go play on a PERP server.

Also, it's not that often people come on the server to deliberately spam it with props. Yes it happens, but you make it sound like it's an everyday occurance. Usually those are also the players that are dealt with the fastest. As it was said earlier, then a new server, if it gets popular, would probably suffer from the same problems, a bad game engine. Sure go ahead, get a new VPS or a new host, but it will almost certainly fix nothing.
If it already was the VPS that was the problem, then adding a new server onto it wouldn't help either, just cause more stress.

There is a lot more to all of this, than what some of you make it out to be.
But by all means, if you guys think this will improve ZARP, then get to coding and put down some cash and I don't think there will be a problem with anyone in the community for it.
