Anyway, this definitely has my vote. Should be a gang upgrade implemented into a STool, so that you can plonk it down, run a stretch of road at 4mph, and then pick it right back up again. Hopefully it has good physics so that it fucks right off into the stratosphere when met with the bumper of a Ford Raptor.

4mph you serious only 4 this could do about 20 imo. Especially Irl.
