Server Name: SSRP ZARP!

Suggestion Title: Remove over-engineering from da nukes!

How would it benefit the server: Makes this new nuke update a good change.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A (You have enough risk/reward without the over-engineered changes)

Additional notes: The faults and coolant for the higher tier nukes is just over engineering. You already have to risk increased time, putting in cash, and putting in the previous tier of scu. You lose up to an hour of work, millions of cash and the previous scu when you lose it.

The faults and coolant system is just not needed. It's over-engineering and it's not a fun mechanic.
At the extreme, you have to go to a random place on the map to get a part. Where any cop can rdm/kill you validly and you have nlr and boom, nuke gone (unless you rule break....) (and it's not fun). At the minimum, it's an annoyance that provides nothing and can ruin a good experience! It's just uneeded and provides nothing for the experience and ruins the balance of it...

When I saw the changes that were made I immediately thought that its not "A fun challenge to balance the nuke experience". Its just an unfun feature that is an annoyance if anything else.
