Suggestion Title: Fix the furniture salesman job

How would it benefit the server: Currently, you can only buy like 4 chairs at a time and even after you've sold them to people and you no longer own them, you can't buy any more. This is ridiculous to be honest and needs to be addressed. By either not counting chairs you've sold to the limit or by just disabling the chair limit altogether, it would allow for just a better roleplaying experience in general

Potential Issues/Exploits: MAYBE people would be able to buy a ton of chairs but even then who cares its better than it is right now

Additional notes: would be able to actually play as a furnitures saleman

They should add furniture salesmen XP and rewards!
