TOPIC: [SSRP] Suggestion - Automatic chat censoring

Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: Automatically censor homophobic/racist or other inappropriate phrases when posted in chat.

How would it benefit the server: less racism

Potential Issues/Exploits: i dont think u can exploit less racism

Additional notes: if you can do it for all pointshop servers, then you should for ssrp -.- just steal it from pointshop code if you are lazy

There are so many ways a player can be racist without chat

Would be a waste of time, people would just go around it

Much like the 0 racism tolerance policy, it would probably just incentivise more racism

people would just bypass it

makes it harder to get myself banned

can still be racist in vc, plus even gags arent that effective when you can rejoin or do voice_enable 1

The reason we don't do this on SSRP is because it simply encourages people who seek to be discriminatory to loophole instead rather than actually mitigating the problem, which can be more time consuming to deal with.

Unfortunately some people think racism is funny (as you can tell from replies to this thread) and that loopholing it is even funnier because they never matured past the age of about 12.
