Suggestion Title: Simple Bind Creation

How would it benefit the server: This would be more of a quality of life addition as I see many people still asking how to create binds in 2022.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I can really only see issues involving items that shouldn't be bindable to use and drop being on the list but I'm sure the team will sort that out.

i have come to the conclusion that, no matter how simple you make creating binds, the same people will STILL ask how to make them.

already been on the list for a little while!
the only issue is that the dropdown probably can't display every single item in the game, since that'd be a BIG dropdown
