Suggestion Title: Bring back the nostalgia from the good days

How would it benefit the server: Who doesnt want to experience nostalgia, and of course more activity on the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes:
Similar to the current zone captures. Make it that you can choose the option for psg only / no suits. But this time it applies for police forces as well.

Im not sure if this is do able with some sort of range for the active nuke. But hey im not the developer

idk how well this can possibly be executed. I guess a range could do but theres a large variety of base sizes on the map so it will always be too big/too small in some spots
