Suggestion Title: record trainings as guides

How would it benefit the server:
atm ttt has a staff handbook as a guide and while it is quite helpful ttt is the only server that has it, I say instead of writing a new handbook for all the servers you could record a training and put it in the staff discord for staff members to rewatch if they feel uncertain about something, it won't take long to set up since all videos could probably be done in a day and would lead to less confusion and poorly handled situations, new staff members are usually too afraid to ask higher ups what to do in certain situations since it may look like they weren't paying attention, this gets rid of that problem since they have the training always accessible

Potential Issues/Exploits: can't think of any

suggested this in the TTT staff discord and everyone seemed onboard

Different staff members learn at a different pace, and it's important for members of the Lead Team to give personalised and precise trainings rather than making it an industrialised process. Changes to any processes or commands would also then require all of the videos to be remade rather than just added to existing training guides.

If staff would like, they are more than welcome to request a copy of the training guides to help them in their staffing if they feel like it would be helpful.
