TOPIC: Case notifications

Today i will suggesting something that would be cool in zarp. A case notification,
So what i am thinking is that when a player opens a case a notification will pop up in chat it would show who got the item which would a neat little feature.
Maybe to make the game not crash from multiple case opening put only notifications for suits only in chat.

I think it should be a toggleable option as to whether you want your winnings publicized or not though!

only add it for expensive cases tho, don’t want rich players spam opening card packs and stuff to flood the chat
