Suggestion Title:
Improving/Buffing The C4 range based on the timer the c4 was set too.

How would it benefit the server:
1. It would make setting the c4 for longer times more useful. In it's current state there is just simply no benefit to setting up a c4 for 3 minutes apart from the fact that it will increase the amount of wires which will trigger the c4. (it's not like people run at the damn thing to defuse it anyway... most just run away from it)

2. It would create and allow for more coordinated and advanced strategies such as planting 2 or even 3 c4's in different locations and setting up the timers in such a way that the c4's will explode at the same time.

3. The defuse kit that the detective has would actually become more useful as well. If the detective finds or is called to a c4 that is set for 3 or 4 minutes he can use the defuse kit to defuse it safely....
Since pretty much everyone sets the c4 for 45 seconds there is no need to buy a defuse kit for a c4 where you have 83% chance of defusing successfully.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
I don't think there's any exploits with this.
One potential issue that I can think of on top of my head is that if the c4's range is increased too much... it could create the issue where by setting up c4's in the right places it could possibly cover up the whole map killing everyone in the map.

Additional notes:
In the past the c4 explosion was determined by the timer the c4 was set too. So 45 seconds gave you a small explosion while 3 minutes gave you a larger explosion.
According to the ttt wiki the c4 has a lethal zone of 750 hammers...

If the c4 in zarp works the same way as vanilla ttt c4 (that you can lunch on your own and test things in)... From my testing it looks like the more walls there are between the player and the c4 the less damage it will do.. On certain maps the lethal zone was 700... cm?... meters??? hammers?? (idk what metric system ttt uses to show you the distance from c4).
The damage seems to be affected if there's a wall between the player and the c4.
I also tested the c4 on the minecraft_b5 and it looked like the lethal zone was around 450..(which means the player needs to be really close to the c4 to die). However than again minecraft_b5 has lots of walls and elevations which could be the cause for such a under powered c4.

If changing the c4 leathal radius based off of the timer is too difficult or too much work. At the very least make it so that the c4 lethal zone is at least 750 hammers... (whatever that means)

You can already kill someone with C4 from 1 side of the tester to another. for me that´s

Imo c4 is already way too strong. On a full server you easily get 6+ kills with a c4 near tester. Increasing that range would just make it even harder to find, since new spots far away would work too and it's already one of the least skill, highest reward weapons

The C4 is already strong enough in my opinion, it can kill like half the server at times if you place it at tester at busy times and shouldn't be changed, if it does change I'm pretty sure most of the community will complain and have it nerfed.

In my experience they do, I have a trick where I set it in a very public area for 10 minutes and wait for people to defuse it. I get alot of kills from it.

But like everyone said, it is not needed. The C4 is good tghe way it is now

Exploiting - Planting a C4 that can not be defused (example: you can plant a C4 in the glass of the T-Trap of the tester which cannot be defused)

The t who planted the bomb is able to defuse it himself.. and i believe if the t that planted the c4 is dead than his t buddies are allowed to defuse the c4

but that's not the issue... the issue is xD staff needs to figure out whether this is an exploit or not cause i asked kurze about this before and he said it's fine

Than planting in t room is also an exploit if you follow what it says... also the c4 is possible to be defused it depends where in the water it's placed... if it's in the middle you will need a prop to get on
