Instead of bumping the suggestion, I personally feel that you should actually put effort into it because for now, all I can see are a few short sentences that literally implicit "Make VIP better" and nothing more. Give your ideas as to what should VIP jobs should provide, what additions, what features do you have in mind, which cars, any new entities maybe, what jobs should be added, new printers, maybe some changes to the current stuff the VIP provides, etc.
