Staff members deserve to play too, not just sit AFK doing reports, IIRC it used to be around 20-30 players and as a solo mod I could do all reports AND play

I watched a mod the other day spend the whole time before moving to spec doing reports as SOON as they come on

Making it 20 players will not remove any of the loyal players and people will still love to play on it, just means it gets more fun

During peak times there are almost always 2 or more staff on and they can take turns playing the game. Some newer mods might be having trouble dealing with a full server alone but the more experienced admins like me, miia, etc. Can easily handle the entire server and get to have fun as well.

Coming from servers with lower playercounts and thus shorter round I gotta say that I actually prefer the longer rounds although it can seem to be a joke at some times.. like you can go to the toilet, get something to drink, walk your dog, find a new girlfriend and return to your PC, only to discover that its still the same round.. but thats like relativly rare I'd say. Personally I prefer the chaos brought by having a lot of players, while I miss the late nights chatting with Henny, Conor, and whoever was on the server at the time from a purely gameplay perspective I find being able to kill without it being immediately noticed, actually getting to use the c4 effectively, and throwing knives without being insta gibbed to be much more fun than just having around 15 players
