I'm gonna put it out here, 90% of what you have suggested seems pretty horrible suggestions and would simply just make people want to leave, one example: reversal. Why would anyone want to play that? You can vote on here, my suggestions were just ideas and not definite, if you want to suggest some ideas, yss well.
