it'l be better if you make it its f3 ability. so you can jump normaly, but you can still use the ground shaking feature. (when you press f3 it jumps up and does its attack) i'd also as mentioned already like to see it damage players or damage props. but maybe make it a little faster than a normal player, and a slower than a nano/acs/hyper/evo. I agree on that one, i was thinking the same thing too.
Dont know why i didnt write that. The jump thing IS a special "power" if you could say that
